TEST FIRING:

Boilers are routinely test fired at our plant before shipment. We have gas meters for 70, 200 and 350 H.P. for inlet pressures between 3" W.C. and 10 PSIG. Suitable oil supply facilities allow testing of units up to 600 H.P.

Our test equipment includes an ultra sensitive CO analyzer. Other combustion analyzers are equipped to measure: O2, CO2, CO, NOX, combustible residue, efficiency, and the temperature of stack gases. Concentration of smoke in stack gas is tested via a Bacharach True Spot device.

Other test equipment includes:
U-tube and inclined manometers stack thermometers, chimneys for test firing, thermocouples with digital display unit, draft gauges, a dielectric test unit, pressure gauges, electrical multimeters, and amprobes.

Our recorded efficiencies are true, with the boiler hot and at a steady temperature...

SERVICE:

After sale service is of prime importance to every purhcaser. We maintain fully equipped vans and pickups to provide you with 24 hour backup. Our service staff is well trained, experienced and highly skilled. They can perform all types of boiler repairs including tubing and welding. Maintenance of commercial and industrial oil, gas or solid fuel systems is our specialty.
